Jonny’s Hot Tub is introducing our JONNY BOX Spa Chemical Program.
This program is designed to take away the weekly tasks required to properly maintain the water in your spa or hot tub. Our experts will help you.
Sign up for just $150 a month,
Jonny’s Hot Tub will make regular visits to help maintain the water and chemicals in your spa or hot tub. As well as perform a visual inspection of your spa and wipe it down with each visit.

The Jonny Box Spa Program
Our Jonny Box Spa Chemical Program is a service agreement to help maintain your hot tub or spa.
If you use your spa / hot tub a lot or year-round. Your spa will require more maintenance than if you just use it seasonally.
Especially if you have several people using the spa and use it throughout the winter.
Our experts will use your existing chemicals or they can be purchased/replenished from Jonny’s Hot Tub when your chemicals are depleted.
It involves our staff making regular visits to your spa or hot tub. During their visit, they will:
- Take water samples from your spa or hot tub
- Test the current chemicals and make any adjustments
- Shock your spa/tub
- Perform a basic wipe-down of your spa or tub.
- Perform a visual inspection of your spa/tub to advise on any potential or current issues. If required, a technician can be scheduled for any repairs.*
The JONNY BOX Spa Chemical Program excludes chemicals.
The Jonny Box Spa Package includes:
- 2 staff visits* per week which involves:
- Take a water sample from your spa or hot tub
- Test chemicals and make any adjustments
- Shock your tub or spa
- A basic wipe-down of your tub/spa
- A visual inspection of your spa/tub and advice on any issues
- 2 Flush & Drain Cleanings per year
- Change/Clean the Spa Filter monthly
- 1 Full Maintenance per year
- 1 Free Service Call-out a year ($125 per year)
- Parts and labour excluded
The JonnyBox Spa Package service list outlines what a “Visit” includes in our service contract.

NOTE:
OUR SERVICE CONTRACT DOES NOT REPLACE ANY REGULAR MAINTENANCE YOUR TUB MAY REQUIRE BETWEEN OUR VISITS
*If a technician is required to repair an issue, an additional charge will be required. This will include parts and labour The charge will depend on the issue with your spa or hot tub.
No work will be started without your permission and approval.
What is a JONNY BOX?
If you don’t have a specific storage box for your spa chemicals, Jonny’s Hot Tub will supply a JONNY BOX to store all your chemicals.
This JONNY BOX will be used by our staff when they visit to test/check your hot tub. It will remain at your home. We just ask that you set it out by your hot tub on the day our tech is scheduled to visit your home.
If you do have your own box, we can provide our JONNY BOX decals to help our staff identify the correct box on their visits.
